A new way to combat scammers Listing ID: 1449789

So, it is no secret that there are a few scammers on this site. And i have an idea to Flag this Ad for Removal!!!!! them out while identifying who is and is not legit. Yes, this would take some time to impliment sitewide and for newbs. I have used this method for years on forums and has always worked 99% of the time.

In at least 1 photo of your posting, take a piece of paper and include the following info and place that paper with the item listed for sale.

1:USERNAME EXACTLY AS IT APPEARS. ALL CHARACTORS. UNDERSCORES, PERIODS ETC.

2:DATE
3:FGT OR FLORIDA GUN TRADER
4:GUN MAKE AND MODEL.

Any postings without this paper (excluding the old posts where the user has been a member for a while) would be suspicious for a scammer.

Why would this work? Easy. Scammers often use gun broker photos, stock images, or other users photos for their listings. So if you see "joebob" as a user name but the paper in the photo says "donkeydick" you will be able to know with 99% certainty that this listing is a scam.
