I was informed yesterday by Zelle that I am permanently banned from using your service. This, after I was defrauded. This, after I spent countless hours pursuing justice not just for myself but for others who are also being targeted through your platforms. Meanwhile, the scammer—whose Chase Bank account I reported—remains free to continue scamming more unsuspecting victims.
This is not just poor customer service. This is a travesty of justice, a breach of ethical responsibility, and a blatant case of discrimination against a victim. By punishing the individual who sought accountability, you have effectively sent the message that fraudsters are welcome, and victims will be silenced.
I demand a formal explanation and immediate reconsideration of my access to Zelle, as well as an investigation into the decision to penalize me for seeking justice.

Hi, I don't normally use the public comment feature but I wanted to give you and anyone else who might read this a warning: Zelle is a very anti-gun service, and will ban you for purchasing firearms or firearm accessories - even if the transaction is otherwise legitimate! The best you can hope for in this circumstance is that they'll ban the scammer as well, although we both know they will be right back with a new account under a different name. Never purchase guns from someone who isn't standing in front of you, and always pay in cash. I'm sorry to hear that they ripped you off and I hope they get what's coming to them, but they've likely never even seen the guns they post and might not even live in Florida.
