This is a custom AR lower with an upper converted for 5.7x28 fitted to take P90 style magazines. The AR Five Seven upper is brand new never fired, the lower is form a standard tested AR-15. It is fitted with custome accessories, comes with 100 rounds, 1 mag and a sight. The sight needs a battery and again never fired so no it’s not sighted in.
