For sale here is my other ACRO, and with this one, I was finally able to figure out that the included multitool is not merely for zeroing and mounting, but for taking off the battery cap!
Additionally, as you can see in the pictures, the optic is finished in a gorgeous cerakote, a shade of Flat Dark Earth that is not only great in an aesthetic sense, with the black highlights really making the FDE tones pop in an extremely pleasing way - it has all the desirable qualities that make us want cerakote over paint in the first place. Far more resistant to scratches, blemishes, etc. And then when it DOES take a deep scratch? It’s less noticeable, and has to go much deeper than with a painted finish before you start seeing raw metal. Cerakoted guns and optics are a wise move in Florida, no question about it.
These are often $600-$650 new, don’t let the Fathers Day sale prices trick ya. Plus, this thing is so close to new you’d have to pull out a magnifying glass to start finding imperfections. It hasn’t been kept in a safety bubble , but it has been extremely well taken care of.
The pictures tell the story, and of course you can always inspect in person before buying. I got a lot of messages about the first ACRO I sold, which was only posted for less than a day before it was gone. The second one has scratches and that seems to be a sticking point for a lot of people, so here we have one that’s better condition than the first two, despite them being in pretty dang good condition for an optic meant to go on a fighting weapon / daily carry defense tool.
$500 OBO
PS. If interested, I also have an Arisaka offset 45 degree mount with an ACRO footprint (high plate version), as well as the ACRO Forward mount, which is a Godsend of a mount for ACOGS., but only works with LED!/ Battery powered models such as the TA02
