This Bushmaster AR-15 has had approximately 120 bullets fired from it over 24 years ago, and it's been sitting in a gun case ever since. Back then, I thought it would be cool to get into guns, but it turns out I was more of a 'spectator sport' kind of guy, while my coworkers were the real gun enthusiasts. After I left that job, I never got back into it. I figured if I couldn't even hit the broad side of a barn with those 120 bullets, maybe it was a sign from the universe that I should stick to safer hobbies—like knitting or competitive croquet. Besides, the last thing I need is to accidentally shoot my toe off while trying to impress someone at a party with my non-existent marksmanship skills. Additionally, I was unable to sight it in on the day I shot it, so someone interested will need to figure that out on their own later. I think I only made it worse that day I used it. I recall how it was endlessly entertaining for my coworkers during our shooting outing.
