the launcher is demilled meaning that it has a pin welded into it to prevent a rocket from being inserted (atf guidelines) i’m sure this could be reversed if you wanted to but i wouldn’t be able to give you general / legal advice for that lol. comes with dummy rocket. safety, trigger, and flip up sights are fully functional.
