Yes its a left handed cast..

It comes with 13 Chokes total, the factory CG kit (6), (1) carlsons IM, and a Muller Ti Kit with black finish with 2x U3,U2,U1 (6)

I got the Muller choke kit used from someone else, The U3 front edges show finish wear, one U2 appears to have edge finish wear and mark indicative of a tool to remove, one u2 appears new, and possibly very minor use at all to both U1s. These come in an MTM Choke Guard Case. I do not want to separate the chokes from the shotgun. I've never installed these chokes with the shotgun.

Also included is the CG barrel weight kit which I elected to never fit to the shotgun, therefore the shotgun has no marks indicative of the presence of one installed.

I do not think it has the DTS system in the stock and never pulled the but-pad to verify if woodwork is fully prepped for one.

The red case is included and factory tools. I do not have CG marked sleeves. I do have the burgundy velvet ones an SKB comes with to substitute instead. I dont think I have factory manuals etc.

Now to the shotgun itself. Its the left cast adjustable comb Essex Sporting Limited Gold edition from around 2020-2021?. I used it with M/F chokes for trap and bunker trap and not very many rounds of either. No sporting clays and golf carts.

12 gauge. 32" ventilated tapered rib barrels. 2 3/4" chambers with 5" DuoCon forcing cones. DTS adjustable trigger system. Case-colored tight scroll engraving with gold accents and roses in white, rose, and yellow gold. Extra deluxe grade Turkish walnut. No modifications to LOP made.
